Craft always requires precision and so we embark with designing the strong base. For this, the skilled team cuts the wood (clear of any defects) into perfectly sized planks and take those planks for the seasoning process where the moisture is taken away for better crafting or engraving. 

Further, the nitty-gritty of a good frame is the perfect measurement. They clean-cut the wooden planks into rightly sized planks and glue each of them together to form a sturdy frame of the chair.

Enveloping the entire structure in the foam goodness and upholstery fabric, the next step is how comfortable padding and soothing fabric are fixed together to give utmost comfort.

Wings, backrest, seat and arms, all are padded separately in the same fashion to give a seamless appeal. Everything is then covered with fabric.
